Meet your teacher

Hi, I'm Rylee.

I'm a wife, mom and self-taught baker. What began as a quiet hobby after my son was born grew into a deep love for homemade bread. Sharing loaves with family and friends led me here: teaching others the simple rhythm of flour, water, salt and time.

Sourdough isn't complicated, but it does ask for patience. My classes are small and relaxed, so you can ask every question and feel the dough for yourself.

"We won't chase perfection. We'll build rhythm."
